    Practice Schedule

    Daily practices held each weekday during regular season starting May 26 at the HVL Pool - 20698 Lakeview Dr. 

    • 8-9AM 
    • 9-9:45AM
    • 9:45-10:45AM 

    A couple of notes on practices:

    • Practices will be split in age groups first and then in each time slot it will be divided further in lane assignments based on skill levels.
    • Swimmers will be on the pool deck ready to go at the assigned start time. This means suit on, goggles, swim caps, and water bottles are ready.
    • The baby pool is closed and off-limits during Gators practice. The only people in the main pool water are the ones actively practicing or coaching.
    • If the weather is bad, we will still practice. We will do dry land workouts, stroke work, and team building activities.
    • In the event practice is cancelled due to lightning parents will be notified via email and website updates.
