We have a few reminders and updates for your below, please take note of the following:

1. Movie Forms & Money Due Today: Just a friendly reminder that today is the deadline for submitting your movie forms and payment. If you haven't done so already, please make sure to complete this requirement and submit it by the end of the day. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
2. Entries for Next Week's Meets: We have a crucial deadline for meet submissions today. It is imperative that we receive ALL entries for next week's meets. Making last-minute adjustments on the day of a meet is extremely challenging and can disrupt the smooth organization of the event. Therefore, we kindly request your cooperation in signing up for the upcoming meets and ensuring that you show up as scheduled. The earlier we receive your availability, the easier it is for us to assign races to swimmers and make the necessary preparations. Your commitment and punctuality are greatly appreciated.
3. Ribbons from Monday's Meet: Congratulations to all our swimmers on a fantastic performance during Monday's meet! The results from the meet are - Switzerland County 172, HVL Gators 540. We Won!!!
   Your hard work and dedication are truly paying off. Today, you will find your well-deserved ribbons in your mailboxes. Keep up the excellent work! Additionally, please note that the times of your races from Monday should now be visible on your swimming app. Feel free to check your app to review and track your progress. We're still getting the hang of our new technology and we appreciate your patience as we implement all of the features.
4. Meet Today in Batesville: Look for a separate email with all of the details for tonight's meet.
